A city map for investment decisions

Context
The current task is to help the city reach its goal of a more efficient transport network, and to make urban planning more transparent and faster.
What I did
- Brought the master plan, cadastre, council decisions, strategies and transport documents onto one map. Click a parcel or a street to see what is allowed and planned there, with a link to the source page.
- Built first models on the data: population, trips and the public transport network, so options can be compared and checked against regulations.
- Added Now and Plan states for layers and a network editor, as the base for a digital twin of the city.
Result
- A public site in Romanian, Russian and English, live at cahulmap.pages.dev.
- The current transport network compared with several optimized options.
- In demo mode: what can be built where. Until now this was available only by request to the city hall, within several weeks.
